Your orders live in your DMs. Your prices live in your gut. Your profit is anyone’s guess.
The pricing guess
You add up the flour and butter, round up a bit, and hope it covers your time. It almost never does — and you don't find out until the money's already gone.
The DM archaeology
The order's in there somewhere — an Instagram DM, a Facebook message, a text from her mom. It's midnight and you're scrolling, just to be sure you got the date right.
The list you rewrite every week
Same ritual, every week: flip through recipes, eyeball the quantities, write the shopping list from scratch. You still come home with too much butter.
The invisible profit
Busy month, empty pocket. Which bakes actually pay you, and which are quietly charity? Without the numbers, it's all a feeling.
Five steps from guesswork to a home bakery that runs on real numbers.
Step 1 · a few minutes
Start with your ingredients and their real cost
- Add each ingredient with what you pay and the pack size you buy
- Set custom conversions per ingredient — “1 cup of flour = 120 g”
- Works in grams, milliliters, cups, and more
Step 2 · ~5 minutes
Build recipes that cost themselves out
- Build a recipe library with photos and yields
- Drop in your ingredients — costs flow straight from their prices
- Scale any recipe to the batch you're baking
Step 3 · instant
See what every bake really costs
- Real cost per serving, from your actual ingredient prices
- Add your labor — hours times your hourly rate
- Set the price per serving or per piece
- Override the final price whenever you need to
Step 4 · 30 seconds per order
Take orders and bake with a plan
- Every order in one pipeline, sorted by due date
- Track each order from new to delivered
- Customer details and notes attached to every order
- See which recipes each order is built from

Straight answers to the questions we hear most.
Is it really free?
Yes — every feature is free during our open beta. Unlimited recipes, ingredients, and orders. No credit card, no catch.
Will it stay free?
The beta is free while we build. Paid plans will come eventually, but beta users become founding members with a permanent discount, you'll get plenty of notice, and your data is always yours to take with you. No "free forever" bait-and-switch.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in your web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer — nothing to download or update. If you can open this page, you can use it.
Does it work with cups and ounces?
Yes — it works in ounces and pounds as well as cups, tablespoons, and teaspoons, alongside grams, kilograms, milliliters, and liters. You can also set your own conversion per ingredient, like "1 cup of flour = 120 g," so costs stay accurate.
Is my customer data private?
Your recipes and customer details are yours. We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and we don't use tracking cookies. You're always free to take your data with you or delete it.
Can it help me price for my state's cottage food rules?
The app helps you know your true costs — ingredients, labor, and overhead — and set prices that actually turn a profit. The free calculator covers the ingredient half, with no signup. Neither gives legal advice, though: licensing and labeling rules vary by state, so check your state's cottage food law for those.
What happens to my data if I stop using it?
Your recipes, ingredients, and orders stay yours. You can permanently delete your account and everything in it anytime from Settings → Account — gone for good, not just hidden. Want a copy first? Email us before you go.
